Wetin Dentist Think Say Dem Be?

I went to the dental hostipal some time last week and all what i saw was extraction of Tooth and young doctors trying to master the work of extraction.My heart sank in my mouth when i saw the first tooth being pulled out from a patient mouth.A thought came to me,what will become of me when mine is been extracted.
Are there no other means of extraction?
More simpler methods.
